Often times, we find ourselves having a lot but however, still not being highly fulfilled with what we have… We also find ourselves being in certain situations that don’t sit with our needs or desires… And finally, we often feel lost within our purpose for why we live our lives as human beings. Minimalism (The book above was given from a great Aussie that i know #happydays) helps to take unnecessary items off your plate a focus on what matters most to you and the foundation for which you sit on. I read this book a while back and I must say, it has definitely given me a different point of view to look at things from and narrow life down to what matters most to you. For those who want to clean their plate off and get rid of junk, then I’d recommend this as a must read.
